Failed generations
Credits for a video are taken when it starts. If the video fails, is rejected or expires before it is saved, the same number of credits is returned to your balance automatically.
Unused credit purchases
You can ask for a refund of a credit package within 14 days of purchase if none of its credits were used. Contact Cinevix AI with your order number.
Partially used purchases
If some credits were used, we may refund the unused share at our discretion or as required by law.
How refunds work
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method by the payment provider. The matching credits are removed from your balance.
